Most food that is good for you is not found in the grocery store it is found at the farmers market. * Reduce your use of salt and sugar. Both products are processed and can create an imbalance of your hormones. Salt and sugar cause organs to malfunction and create obesity. Sugar has little nutrition and when eaten takes nutrition from the body to digest itself. This is not good if you are already eating a poor diet and lack nutrition in your body. * If you eat processed meats, reduce your use of them – bologna, pepperoni, hot dogs, or sausages. These meats contain all kinds of additives. Look at the label and see if they contain Nitric compounds. These compounds are used to preserve the product. To have more control over your acne and treatment, you need to improve your health. If you have a poor diet, then your health has been diminished.
